THE WINNING SHOT

Our goal is simple: to capture the hard work, the excitement, the accomplishments, and the memories that show families will want to look back on for years to come.
Livestock showing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in the show ring as an exhibitor myself. Those years taught me that a livestock show is about so much more than the animal- its about the hard work, early mornings, family, friendships, and the memories made along the way.
Photography became another part of that world through my dad, Willie Gomez, who spent more than 50 years photographing livestock shows and rodeo events. I had the opportunity to work alongside him for more than 20 years, learning the ins and outs of show photography and, most importantly, getting to know the families, exhibitors and show committes who make these events possible.
Today, I'm proud to carry that experience forward with The Winning Shot. My daughter Taylor Hargrove, and I bring years of experience as exhibitors and photographers, along with a genuine love for the livestock community. We understand how much those moments mean because we've lived them ourselves.
